The WMSTN Advice Service provides free and confidential advice on a range of social welfare issues. The service is for anyone who is affected by Sickle Cell or Thalassaemia – including patients and their families. The service covers all of the West Midlands area.

Advice areas we can help with include:

  • Welfare benefits
  • Debt
  • Housing enquiries
  • Employment
  • Family and relationships
  • Immigration
  • Discrimination
  • Consumer issues.

Advice will be delivered remotely to help as many people as possible.

We are open 9:00am - 5:00pm Tuesday - Friday.
